Yolanda has been our garden designer and caretaker for seven years.  She is extremely knowledgeable, not only about what will look beautiful in our garden, but what plants will thrive and which won’t.  I admit to having a completely black thumb so I rely on Yolanda for her expertise and knowledge.  She has a great crew and they do a superb job.  She will also suggest design elements that will enhance the “geography” of the garden and is very patient with me and my partner’s nomadic lifestyle!  I leave Yolanda and her crew to make decisions on their own but they always welcome input from me, although my botanical knowledge is sadly lacking.  She chooses wondrous and interesting plants and is always available to teach me.  We are lucky enough to have a big back garden in the middle of Toronto and with Yolanda’s help and artistic eye, it was a haven for us during the past challenging years.

After a couple of years of neglect had led to an invasion of black medic and a bare patch in the middle of the garden, Yolanda came in, proposed a plan, and with her team restored the green roof to lush, colourful condition. Even though our roof-garden is small, they gave us great service and attention. Great company, delightful people.

Yolanda and her team were awesome! She came over and after a thorough chat, promptly designed a plan for our backyard garden that we loved. She chose plants that fit the available sunlight conditions, don't require a lot of maintenance, and bloom at various points throughout the year. Her team implemented the plan quickly and on time, despite COVID causing stock issues at the nurseries. We're excited to see the garden blossom over many years to come!
